Description
The NTC Youngstars Challenge is the only freeride contest for children and teenagers in Germany as part of the Freeride World Tour - Junior.
Participants: Skiers and snowboarders
The event combines two formats in one weekend:
- Freeride Contest
- Shape & Send (a more creative/jump-oriented session)For kids aged 8-10 years, a Freeride Workshop is offered at the same time, including a small contest and prizes.
There will be two competitions: Overall (all participants) and FWT Junior classification (for those who want to collect points via the Freeride World Tour - Junior)

Prizes / Rewards
The top three in each category will receive prizes.
All NFT partners donate valuable prizes for the winners and the raffle, where even less successful riders have the chance to win valuable prizes.
Registration / Participation
Registration is via the Freeride World Tour - Junior website if you want to collect points (until 25 December 2025)
If you want to take part but do not intend to qualify for the FWT Junior, you can register directly via the form on the event page.
By registering, you automatically participate in both days (contest + shape & send)
Important: Subsequent registration for the FJT (Freeride Junior Tour) to collect points is not possible.
Age groups & requirements
Official start from 10 years for FJT contest participation
10-14 years: Snowboard mixed; Ski girls; Ski boys
14-18 years: Snowboard girls; Snowboard boys; Ski girls; Ski boys
For 8-10 years: workshop with accompanying mini-contest & prizes
Equipment (compulsory): helmet, back protector (on body), avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe, freeride backpack
Costs
€65 /€72 (Overall participants/ FWT Junior participants)
Including day ski ticket
Starting field limit: 70 participants
