Level 4: Your high alpine tours
Level 4 takes you 7 days into high alpine, glaciated terrain. Together with the risk'n'fun mountain guides and experienced freeriders, you plan your own tours and realise them independently. The focus is less on classic summit destinations and more on new lines, personal development and honing your skills.
If you want, you can also set off on your own with friends for the first time. Planning and coaching always take place in close coordination with the risk'n'fun team. After level 4, you will have completed a total of 22 days of training in the risk'n'fun FREERIDE programme.
And the best thing is: Level 4 can be repeated every year.
Hard facts
Age: for skiers and snowboarders aged 16 and over
Prerequisites: Participation in Session, Next Level and Backcountry Pro
Terrain: High alpine, glaciated terrain
Equipment: Touring skis or splitboards, emergency equipment plus material according to the list
Group size: max. 6 participants + mountain/ski/snowboard guide
ALPINE PROFESSIONALS - Stubai Alps
"We are once again travelling to the Stubai Alps. We are based at the Amberger Hütte for the six days. The area offers us the ideal "big playground". We find the best conditions there to learn and train skills in glaciated terrain and also to further refine our tour planning and realisation. As always with LEVEL 4, you decide what else you need for your personal toolbox. At your own pace. This is also very important to us. We look forward to spending time with you!"
