Season finale deluxe at the Back on Track Free Ride Contest

by Tobias Huber 02/01/2014
After the successful premiere of the "Back On Track - Feel Free Ride Contest" at the end of the 2013 winter season, another edition of the top-class contest format will take place this year. True to the motto "Back on Track" - back to the roots of freeriding - powder-hungry freeriders from Voralberg and the surrounding area will meet up to ride together from April 4 - 6, 2014.

Simple and nature-friendly, you'll head out with skins and snowshoes for 3 days and 2 nights in the impressive mountain world of the Silvretta/Bielerhöhe. Base camp for the weekend is the highest mountain hut in the Silvretta, the cozy Saarbrücker Hütte at 2,538 m. This is sure to be an unforgettable experience for every participant. Breathtaking slopes with different exposures and features offer every experienced freerider plenty of opportunities to put their skills to the test on the day of the contest. So the idea is to get back to basics: three days of friendly battling, soul freeriding and chilling out together, including the contest, are on the program, all far away from the nearest ski resort. Registration has been open since 26.01.2014! If you still can't decide, perhaps a look at the report from the 2013 premiere will help.
