Once again a perfectly organized Freeride World Qualifier Event with top snow conditions at the Faces of La Maretze and Mont Gond! Nicolai Göz was in Valais for PowderGuide and gives us an insight into the top-class qualifier event!

The final FWQ competition in Switzerland for this year took place on March 13-14th 2015 in the charming village of Nendaz, surrounded by the impressive mountains of the valais. When it comes to FWQs in the western part of the alps, Nico Goez is our rider on site. Here is his short wrap of one of the major 4* FWQ events in the alps.

The FWQ season is already in its hot final phase and the 6th edition of the Nendaz Freeride was another highlight of the season on the program. In the FWQ ranking, two handfuls of candidates for next year's FreerideWorldTour are already emerging before the event, and the presence of some WorldTour riders adds the perfect spice to the already top-class starting field.
