Gear of the Week | The blue Ikea tote bag
01/07/2017 • Lukas ZögernitzWhether the designers K Hagberg / M Hagberg had any idea that they were creating part of the basic equipment of many athletes when they created a shopping bag for the Swedish furniture giant decades ago probably remains their secret. What is no secret is that their Frakta creation is now an integral part of climbing gyms, bike park parking lots and many other sports facilities. 04/11/2016 • Jonathan Pietsch
The Lofoten Islands are no longer an insider tip for most people living in the Alps - but they are still a highlight for every continental skier. Frozen or not frozen? A ski'n'surf trip to Africa
05/14/2014 • Totti Lingotti
Surfing in Africa - we've known this at least since the first part of the cult film 'Endless Summer', in which Robert August and Mike Hynson travel the world in search of the best waves as prototypes of the modern surftraveler. We set off on a journey to a country with plenty of sun, desert, heat, foreign culture, exotic food and unfamiliar scents - and almost 3500 km of coastline and a high mountain range. -

The Present | Woodshed Films Inc.
11/26/2009 • Aaron VogelThe life of a surfboard consists of two epochs: Under the feet of a surfer and then in a landfill site. Unfortunately, the time spent in a landfill easily surpasses the time spent under a surfer's feet. "The Present" is a gift and shows why the present lies between the past and the future?
