First impression
The jacket has a very discreet design and can therefore be easily combined with different trousers, backpacks, headbands, etc. The orange and pink zips give the jacket a recognisable look and make it easy to be seen from a distance - which, in addition to its aesthetic appeal, is of course also a safety feature. The lightness, the colour combination and the easy-to-use and robust zips impress at first glance.
Tester and test conditions
I'm about 1.60 metres tall and weigh around 60 kilos. As I don't feel comfortable in overly tight outdoor clothing, I opted for the hardshell jacket in size medium. This also fits perfectly with an additional layer under the jacket. With a water column of 15000 mm, the jacket is a faithful companion even in rain and snow and protects against wind and cold. I have tested the jacket on ski tours, freeriding, tobogganing and cross-country skiing, and on days with little snow it has accompanied me when cycling and hiking.
The test conditions were very mixed in the period from December to February, so the jacket was tested for its robustness in a wide range of weather conditions and was in use almost every day.
