In the variant terrain of the le Tour area, you can only get through to Graß at very exposed ridge nearness points. Otherwise there's a pretty solid base by now. Hopefully some slopes won't be completely blown out, because the wind was very strong today and the snow very powdery

Wind drifted snow

Below 30 degrees, we were skiing in the finest powder. Actually, it was drift snow, but it was lightly sooty due to the sun and only platy in a few places. With enough speed, it was really fun. A few places were not affected by the wind and it was a dream. Overall, it was less dusty than I had hoped, but the white stuff was fun.

Drifting snow! And actually in all expos. The days before it blew from southwest to northeast. Today really strong from north east to south west. Piled up to 1 meter thick drift snow packages within a very short time. You can see what happens in the photos when steep terrain is added. Steep slopes over 30 degrees are currently not recommended. Watch out for terrain traps, there are mini boards and cornices at the edge of the slope that are enough to bury you.

Worse

Relaxed day in the less steep off-piste terrain of le Lour. There was a lot going on overall. Both in terms of people but above all in terms of avalanche activity. Almost everywhere in the somewhat steeper terrain there were cracks and fallen boards. Mostly very small-scale but clear warning signals. Restraint makes sense at this stage - there is still enough flat stuff to track in
