The Falstaff Gourmet Ski Days celebrates its fourth anniversary this year and once again invites you to an extraordinary event in the Zell am See-Kaprun region. Against the imposing backdrop of the Kitzsteinhorn, guests can expect a unique combination of alpine lifestyle, culinary delights and selected top wines.

4th of April 2025: HOCHGENUSS - Culinary highlights at 3,029 metres
Experience an exclusive evening at Salzburg's highest gourmet spot: The Gipfel Restaurant at 3,029 metres above sea level is transformed into a stage for 4-toque chef Philip Rachinger, who will delight you with a multi-course menu. The dinner is accompanied by exquisite organic wines from top winemakers Stefan D. Wellanschitz and Katharina Gessl.
Procedure:
17:00: Ascent from the Gletscherjet 1 valley station
17:45: Aperitif at 3,029 metres
18:30: Multi-course dinner in the summit restaurant
22:00: Descent back to the valley station

5th of April 2025: Wine Flight & Tapas Delight
The second day is all about fine wines and Alpine tapas. Three tasting stations in the glacier ski resort invite you to savour the fine wines from renowned Austrian wineries from 11:00-15:30:
Summit Restaurant (3,029 m): Sparkling wine flight
Restaurant Gletschermühle (2,450 m): Award-winning red wines
Skyline Bar in the Alpincenter (2,450 m): Award-winning white wines
The tastings are accompanied by the finest regional tapas, which round off the flavour experience perfectly.
Immerse yourself in two days full of enjoyment - with alpine scenery, culinary excellence and wines that tell stories.
