Learning objectives
Focus on basic techniques and safety on the mountain. Participants learn to move safely and in a controlled manner in unprepared terrain.

Skill level
This course is aimed at participants who are going into unprepared terrain for the first or second time. The prerequisite is safe snowboarding on black slopes, with a focus on developing self-confidence and control. Steep slopes in unprepared terrain in different snow conditions will be covered.
