Voluntary recall: BD Recon LT avalanche transceiver

If you own a Recon LT avalanche transceiver from Black Diamond, you should take it out of service immediately and update the firmware. There are two ways to do this:

• Download the Pieps app for iOS or Android devices, connect the device via Bluetooth and then follow the instructions on the screen.

• Send the device to the Black Diamond Service Centre to have the update carried out free of charge (including shipping costs)
