And to my surprise: zero sweat stains at the summit, although I can sometimes be mistaken for a living waterfall in high summer temperatures. Material: Sustainable and durable

Super-fine virgin merino wool was used to make the stretch shirt. The fluffy raw material suppliers live on the South Island of New Zealand with sheep farmers who care about animal welfare and nature and completely avoid questionable practices such as mulesing. This merino shirt is a best buddy that does it all: reliable, comfortable and somehow always fits. A tad too warm for me in the height of summer, but hey, that's the price you pay for a shirt that won't let you down in the snow. If you're looking for a shirt that's suitable for hiking, ski touring and probably also yoga or bouldering - go for it! Even the price (RRP €79.95) seems justified in my eyes, as with this all-rounder shirt I'm buying a piece of clothing that's not so much dripping with my sweat as it is with top quality, fair manufacturing and durability.
