On August 28 and 29, 2026, Patagonia Salzburg will officially celebrate the opening of its new store and turn the event into a full weekend of activities for the outdoor community. Under the motto “More Than Just a Store Opening,” you can look forward to group activities, creative workshops, great food, coffee, drinks, and plenty of opportunities to meet like-minded people.
The new store at Bergstraße 22 in Salzburg is designed to be a gathering place for everyone who loves the outdoors. This very sense of community will be the focus of the opening weekend.
Here’s what to expect
On both days, you can have your own clothing screen-printed with the Patagonia Salzburg store logo right on-site. Just bring your favorite T-shirt, hoodie, tote bag, or any other piece of clothing. Live screen printing will take place on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday until 1:00 p.m.
On Friday, there will also be a repair and customization station where jackets, backpacks, or bags can be spruced up with exclusive Patagonia Salzburg patches. In addition, children can personalize their school backpacks with patches and buttons, accompanied by a parent, with no registration required.
All voluntary donations made over the weekend will benefit a local environmental organization.
