PowderAlert 3 2021/22 | All systems Go!
11/30/2021 • Lars OelmannGet ready for freerider drop. The ongoing alarm, or rather the small appendage at the moment, ensures that the forecast amounts are even exceeded. More than a meter of fresh snow has fallen on the northern slope of the Alps. Good thing Ullr doesn't have to work from home! -

PowderAlert 12 2020/21 | Warming up for Ullr
03/10/2021 • Lars OelmannThe average citizen fears it, the freerider hopes for it: late winter is coming. Ullr uses this alarm to warm up properly after the long break and to test his muscles. Before, hopefully, really getting stuck in next week. More on this in the medium term. After a more or less empty February, it's finally time to get going again! -

PowderAlert 10 2020/21 | WWW - The season finale!
02/01/2021 • Lars Oelmann
Unfortunately, the finale is rather counterintuitive for a classic Ullrflix series, namely much too warm and not very exciting: More snow is coming from the west, but it's getting EVEN warmer than before. -

Season starts in the ski resorts
09/30/2020 • PowderGuideThis year, some things are a little different and in addition to the familiar questions such as "Which ski resorts are already open?", there are new ones, for example: "What about the travel warnings and what does that mean for my ski season?" -

PowderAlert 16 2019/20 | Second helpings with obstacles
03/04/2020 • Lars OelmannIt's snowing again in the west and a little in the north too, but that's not quite part of this alert. Or half of it. And it's getting warm too, but not everywhere. As you can see, it's not easy to get Ullr's gifts out to the people this time, because Alert 16 is a little moodier than the great Alerts 14 and 15. -

PowderAlert 14 2019/20 | Winter at last!
02/25/2020 • Lars OelmannAfter November and the current April, Ullr is finally no longer switching back and forth between fall and spring, giving us a real west/northwest blast. Even after that, it looks quite wintry, at least for this winter. The oracle sits in the parking lot and waits for the snow. Up to just under 2000m, almost everything is bare on the south side and on the north side there is just enough in the forest to reach the parking lot. This is not winter. -

TouringTip | La Voute
01/20/2020 • Adrian Sauter
La Voute is one of the most legendary and longest freeride runs in la Grave. With the ski resorts's lift support, you can embark on a varied adventure in a magnificent setting. The descent leads over the wide Girose glacier deeper and deeper in untouched and wild landscape over 2200 meters of altitude into the valley. Despite its fame, the alpine character of the tour should not be underestimated. -

La capitale des Alpes | Erasmus in Grenoble
12/30/2019 • Adrian Sauter
For many freeriders, Grenoble is still a blank spot on the map. Despite its high alpine backdrop, the capital of the Isère region with its 160,000 inhabitants is usually simply ignored and left by the highway. As part of Erasmus, I was able to put the freeride and ski touring opportunities through their paces alongside student life. -

12/13/2019 • Sebastian MüllerAfter the first episodes somehow tried to tie themselves together thematically, you now get a colorful bouquet of flowers, a bit of everything. We have a large-scale production worth seeing on offer, plus fresh vlogs from Italy, France and India, and finally we round things off with an in-house explanatory video, but see for yourself! -

PowderAlert 6 2019/20 | Westautobahn A1
12/08/2019 • Lars Oelmann
The days of southern congestion are over and now that the west also has a base, the upcoming snowfall in the west can be put to good use. This dump is in all likelihood just the prelude to several dumps this week with the finale at the weekend. -

PowderAlert 14 2018/19 | Late winter powder the second!
03/13/2019 • Lars OelmannUllr heralds the second round of the late winter retreat battles and this time sends us useful amounts of precipitation. Unfortunately, it no longer has the power to keep it cold throughout and only higher up does the powder survive the warming. -

PowderAlert 11 2018 /19 | The alarm before the drought
02/10/2019 • Lars OelmannNormally we are happy about every alarm, but here the future looks rather sad. Will winter soon end again after the great start? More on this in the medium term. And before that, there will be more snow in the north. Anyone who still wants to take a vacation should seriously think about it.
