Ski Short Test | Dynastar Cham 97
01/12/2015 • Steffen KruseI chose the ski because I needed a successor to my old "all-round weapon" and the bigturns/small turns area is already very well covered by my ski family (see picture). So much in advance, the ski is just as much a "bullet" as its siblings are and absolutely fulfills my expectations. -

01/04/2015 • Alexander BraschelThe Dienten am Hochkönig ski area is mainly known for its wonderful treeruns and the numerous variants on the Aberg. But there are also a few treats for freeriders outside the ski area, such as the ski tour to the Klingespitze. -

Gear reviews | Scott G1 130 ski boot
12/29/2014 • Lukas ZögernitzWith the G1 130, Scott is offering a genuine, stiff freeride boot with ascent function for the 2014/15 season, but with a clear focus on downhill performance. We have extensively tested how this combination proves itself in practice and how the boot performs in its intended area of use of freeriding - but also in many other types of skiing. -

11/12/2014 • Steffen KruseThe new "Freeride Guide Davos Klosters" is a handy and well-structured reference book in German and English for anyone who wants to go freeriding in Davos in the future but is not familiar with the area and/or has little experience in tour preparation and situation assessment. But experienced freeriders will also find plenty of inspiration and great route suggestions in the new Freeride Guide. -

Spotcheck | Nassfeld: A ski trip in four acts
11/05/2014 • German Wehinger
The snowless winter of 2013/14 in the northern Alps and the constant reports of Adriatic lows - with their almost unbelievable amounts of snow - drew our attention to Carinthia.
