Ushba

Adventure, solitude and spectacular descents: CloudBase Hut is the perfect starting point for unforgettable ski tours in the middle of the wild mountains of Svaneti. High above Mestia, surrounded by untouched snowy landscapes and with a direct view of the mighty Ushba. Whether the Chalaadi glacier circuit or the Guli Pass - once you have made it to the hut, you will be rewarded with spectacular glacier landscapes, great descents and an extra dose of adventure.

As far as I know, we haven't had any fatal accidents involving professional freeriders since last year's tribute edition. That's nice, but it doesn't matter, because unfortunately people without celebrity status also die in the mountains, without a fan community to mourn them. Nevertheless, we remember Andreas and JP once again. There's also a re-make of Mount Ushba and Jeremie's diaries. We are longing for a comeback of winter with lots of snow and new movie material.
