Last winter was full of exciting innovations for us at PowderGuide. Our weather map has made huge leaps, we are now available in six languages and have been involved in various events on site. But a lot has not only happened visibly on the outside, we have also been working hard in the background. Our team has also continued to grow. One thing has become very clear in recent years: we don't sleep in the summer! Instead, we are out and about in the mountains with just as much passion and enthusiasm in the warmer months of the year.
Progress and passion: what you can expect
We remain true to ourselves. Our heart still beats for winter and for what PowderGuide has always been about: downhill-oriented deep snow enjoyment with a clear focus on safety, competence and fun. And PowderGuide wouldn't be PowderGuide if we weren't constantly evolving and tinkering, tinkering, tinkering in the background. After all, the "P" in PowderGuide doesn't just stand for Powder, but also for Progress and Passion!
We have some plans for the future. We want to be even more active on social media to stimulate real exchange. We want to mobilize you to share our content diligently and will of course repost your content in return. We're not sleeping on the weather either: the tool is being expanded and refined and you can look forward to some really cool new features. At the same time, we are working on many exciting new collaborations. As winter is just waking up in the southern hemisphere, we are of course already looking forward to the first community reports and exciting articles from over there. We are also restructuring our editorial flow a little.
