Photo report Japan 2013
01/08/2013 • Patrick Fux
The ski safari reports from Japan and North America by Zurich freeskier Patrick Fux aka Paedde (powdermania.com) are hard to imagine life without, except perhaps if you were there yourself and plowed the Japanese powder masses together with Patrick. Thanks to Patrick, you can now find out again how Japan dumps and powders or even rains. The only change compared to previous years' ski safari reports is that this year we have decided to let the pictures speak for themselves. Because photos sometimes, but by no means always, say more than many words. -

As We Are – 6 Girls, 4 Countries, 1 Passion
10/13/2010 • Alex SpillerEvery year, new freeride films are released that present breathtaking action on the best faces in the world. But what is often missing in these films, or at least very briefly, are the parts of female actors. In view of what is currently going on in the women's freeride sector, it is nice to see that the ladies are taking their fate into their own hands and actively presenting themselves. -

Pretty Good | Rage Films
12/05/2009 • Olav SchmidHow do you recognize really cool, hip new school pros? Right, they play indoor soccer in RedBull jerseys with winter hats and headbands! At least that's how some of the riders in the current ski movie Pretty Good by Rage Film Production present themselves. However, this film shows more clearly than most others in this genre that the newschool head-nodder faction can not only present themselves in Brooklyn gangsta style, but also as completely "normal" stoked athletes of a young trend sport. -

Reasons | Poorboyz Productions
11/08/2009 • Olav SchmidAs a freeskier, what do you expect from a new product from filmmakers Poorboyz Production? If you take the previous films as a basis, it would probably be new-school jibbing from A to Z; including, of course, fat homiez who are trying to impress with their new style of clothing rather than actually doing sport. Not so this year's production "Reasons". In addition to well-known rail and kicker action at the highest level, the new film focuses on the sport itself – and, at least in the first half, on fat forest sessions in the deep champagne powder of North America. -
