The Freeride Film Festival kicks off the new winter season on November 7th, 2025 with the premiere at the Metropol Kino Innsbruck. From 7:30 pm, the audience can look forward to a varied film program that captures the spirit of freeriding in all its facets. It shows intense adventures in untouched mountain landscapes as well as personal stories about passion, courage and community.

This year, the festival will present the Freeride Film Festival Awards in five categories for the first time: "Film of the Year", "Best Director", "Best Camera", "Most Creative Film" and "Best Impact Film". The award ceremony will take place during the premiere in Innsbruck.
After the spectacular kick-off in Innsbruck, the traveling circus sets off on the tour bus. Further stops on the Prime Tour will take place in Germany and Austria.
